I had an amazing experience at Namtso! The breakfast was delicious and served on a lovely terrace. The staff, especially Ram Krishna and Subash, were incredibly friendly and attentive to every detail. Chef Pramod's dishes were absolutely delightful! The location in the Thamel district was also perfect. I was so comfortable during my stay that I extended it for two extra days. Thank you to everyone at Namtso for making my stay so memorable!

Loved cycling around, although the charm of the promised sights turned out to be quite different. The hotel amenities were nice, especially the quirky on-site restaurant. Good location.

Comfortable guestrooms ensure a good night's sleep with some rooms featuring facilities such as flat-screen television, clothes rack, linens, private entrance, and sofa. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud!

Excellent and comfortable location close to restaurants and bars. Proximity to the airport, just 0.5 miles. Large rooms with fan and fast internet access, for instance. A wide array of appetising food at breakfast time.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Namtso in Kathmandu. The value for my money was exceptional, and the room was comfortable and well-equipped with a kettle. The hotel's location in the Thamel district was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assisted me with all my needs.

The breakfast option could have had more variety, but the dishes I was served were still delicious and satisfying.

I enjoyed cycling around, thanks to the conveniently located hotel. The terrace and garden were nice amenities. The property offered comfort and convenience. Oh, and the free self parking and free WiFi were a bonus.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, from arranging a fantastic jeep transfer to the trailhead to providing us with knowledgeable and friendly guides for our ride. Coming back from our trek, we were greeted like old friends. The rooftop garden was a hidden gem, allowing us to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast served on a lovely terrace was simply wonderful, and the location of the hotel in the Thamel area was perfect for exploring the main attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, with fast wi-fi access. The staff were kind and patient with all our requests. A special shout out to the gentleman who made my breakfast, he was absolutely lovely. The hotel also had a beautiful rooftop area. I would 100% recommend staying here, it was a truly satisfying experience.

The hotel's decoration is simply charming, with beautiful traditional artwork and cozy furniture that reminded me of my grandmother's house. The general areas are well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility. It made my stay comfortable and worry-free.

It would have been even better if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.
